🎒 The Perfect Snack for Summer Activities or After School

This snack is perfect for summer activities or after school! Make a big batch to pass out to the baseball team after the game, take with you to summer concerts and movies, or just pop one in your mouth mid-afternoon to tide you over till dinner.

They are delicious and full of protein. Cinnamon and honey are added for their amazing health benefits. Best of all, you won't heat up your kitchen by using the oven!

No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls

  • 2 cups oatmeal (dry rolled oats)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (or more!)

1. Combine the oatmeal, peanut butter, cinnamon, and honey together. Add more oatmeal or more peanut butter as needed to get the right consistency to roll into balls.

2. Add the chocolate chips and form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on parchment or wax paper. The balls should be moist enough to hold together but not too sticky to stick to your hands when they are done.

3. Store the balls in a bowl with an airtight lid.
