Local yoga and fitness instructors offer free programs in the park during the summer months, and many are great for the whole family. It doesn't matter if you think "down dog" is what you say to your family pet when he's begging for treats at the dinner table or if you have mastered the full lotus. Just grab your water bottle, sunscreen, and yoga mat or beach towel, and head to the one that works in your schedule.
