Stretch, sweat, and soak up some sunshine!
Summer brings plenty of opportunities to move your body outdoors with yoga and fitness classes in local parks.
Don't worry if you can't touch your toes or have never set foot in a yoga class. Whether you're looking to strengthen, stretch, or simply enjoy a little time outside, these classes welcome all experience levels. Pack your water bottle, sunscreen, and a yoga mat or beach towel, then find a class that fits your schedule.
Most programs are free unless otherwise noted, though advance registration may be required.
