Recipe Box: Teddy S'mores Bark

August 10 is S'mores Day! Celebrate with this super easy, super delicious sweet treat!

Teddy S'mores Bark

  • 16 ounces semisweet chocolate (chips or baking chocolate)
  • 1 cup Teddy Grahams, divided
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows, divided

Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir. Return to microwave and cook in 30-second intervals, stirring after each one, till chocolate is melted. 

Stir in ¾ cup each Teddy Grahams and mini marshmallows. Spread onto waxed paper. Press remaining marshmallows and Teddy Grahams on top to decorate. 

Freeze for one hour to set. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to one week (like it'll last that long).
