Have a few party hats laying around the house? This Halloween craft makes perfect use of them. Easy and fun for the kids, plus they can wear them too!
What You Need:
- Paper Plate
- Party Hat
- Glue
- Black Paint
- Embellishments (googly eyes, ribbon, stars, glitter, etc)
What You Do:
- Cut the paper plate in the center in the shape of a star (so you have 8 tabs to glue up inside of the party hat).
- Glue the tabs from the plate inside the party hat.
- Paint the entire hat black.
- Add embellishments (glitter, googly eyes, stars, put a ribbon around the hat, etc.) Be creative and have fun with it!
