Recipe Box: Buffalo Chicken, Slow Cooker Style

🏈 A Yummy Meal for Your Next Game Day (or Any Day!)

This is an easy recipe to make for game day or any gathering of people. Start it in the morning in your slow cooker so you can spend your time visiting, not cooking.

You can do a lot with the Buffalo Chicken. Try it on a sandwich, on a salad, pizza, or even Buffalo Chicken tacos. I've tried them all and they all taste great!

Pulled Buffalo Chicken (Slow-Cooker Style)

  • 3 lb bag of frozen chicken (you can use fresh but will need to adjust your cooking time)
  • 1 bottle of buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 packet of ranch dip mix

Put all ingredients into your slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours. Using two forks, shred chicken and stir to combine sauce and chicken. Serve. When making sandwiches, we add a cream cheese spread that is delicious with the chicken.

Cream Cheese Spread

  • Cream cheese
  • Ranch dressing
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

We usually start with half a package of cream cheese, then add the ranch dressing and shredded cheese till it is easily spreadable. Enjoy!
