Here is a great Passover recipe that is fun to make and fun to eat! It's perfect for the 4th or 5th day of Passover when you start running out of creative cooking steam! You can add any vegetables you like or have on hand. If you can't eat dairy, substitute the cheese with soy cheese or rice cheese.

Passover Pizza

  • 4 Tablespoons pasta sauce
  • 2 matzo crackers
  • A pinch of garlic salt
  • A pinch of dried oregano
  • 3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 Tablespoons sliced black olives

Preheat oven to 200℉. Spread pasta sauce on the matzo; sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano. Cover with cheese, tomato slices, and olives. Place pizzas on cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or till cheese has melted.
