Celebrate winter with this sweet treat on your next snow day... or any day... because it's fun to say you are eating "Dirty Snow."
"Dirty Snow"
- 1 box white chocolate instant pudding
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 package cream-filled chocolate cookies (like Oreo cookies)
- 1 8-ounce container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Whisk together the instant pudding and milk. Crush the cookies. My son loves this step the most! We put our cookies into a gallon-sized plastic zipper bag and play catch with it until they are all crushed!
Add the crushed cookies to the pudding. Add whipped topping and mini marshmallows. Mix gently and place in the refrigerator to chill.
