As one of the Denver Art Museum’s (DAM) longest-running events, the Friendship Powwow is an amazing opportunity for all families and generations to come together and celebrate the diverse Indigenous communities across Denver and the Front Range. It is free for all to attend.
This event will feature American Indian Dance competitions, hands-on activities for the whole family, and artist and vendor booths. Food will be provided by Tocabe, an American Indian Eatery. A portion of the proceeds will support the Denver Indian Center.
The Annual Friendship Powwow is brought to you by the residents who support the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) and supported by Connect for Health Colorado.

- 1:15 PM – Junior Division (7-12 yrs), Teen Division (13-17 yrs), and Special Contests

- 3:00 PM – Golden Age Division (55+ yrs)
