Love chocolate? Here's a nutritious treat for those with a sweet tooth. And it's a great recipe for a dairy and gluten-free diet.

This recipe makes one cup or about two servings; increase ingredients accordingly to make a bigger batch.

Secret Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Puree all ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled with strawberries, pretzels, or as a stand-alone dessert. Enjoy!
