Celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday and Read Across America Day on March 2nd by making a Cat in the Hat Pizza!
Cat in the Hat Pizza
- Pizza dough
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Pepperoni and red bell peppers (optional)
Preheat your oven to 425℉. Roll out the pizza dough using some olive oil. Use your hands to shape it into a top hat on a cookie sheet.
Spread sauce over the pizza dough. Make "stripes" with the cheese. If you want more than cheese for a topping, you can use pepperoni slices and chopped red bell peppers to make the red stripes.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and crust is golden.
