Lucky Leprechaun Chocolate Bark
- Chocolate Almond Bark or Candy Melts
- Crushed Chocolate Mint Cookies (e.g., Thin Mints)
- Mint M&M® Candies
Microwave the chocolate bark in 30-second intervals, stirring after each one, until completely melted and smooth. Stir in crushed cookies. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and spread the chocolate mixture on top. Carefully press the candy on top. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until set. Break into bite-size pieces and share with all your family and friends! They'll sure feel lucky that you did!
