What You Need:
- 6 Sparkly Red, White, and Blue Chenille Stems... yup, that's it!
What You Do:
1. Cut the chenille stems in half and divide them into two piles.
2. Using one pile of stems, make a loop to fit small fingers and twist them to secure them together.
3. Have fun twisting and bending the ends to create the shape of fireworks.
