Make your reservation as soon as possible, but please cancel it if something comes up and you can't make it. This helps the restaurant as well as the long list of eager diners!
Keep your schedule flexible. Being willing to dine at 5:30 PM will increase your odds of eating at one of your top choices. Plus, you might be able to add a fun adventure to your date night (bowling? comedy club? walk in the park?) and still get home before the babysitter falls asleep on your couch.
Tip generously. Some of the finest restaurants in Denver serve an incredible menu at deeply discounted prices. Restaurants are bustling, and all the employees are working significantly harder than usual. You saved a bundle, so share a little of your savings with your server.
