From thanking a hostess for a great party, to looking for something perfect for your child’s caregiver or simply gifting just to brighten someone’s day, giving the gift of delicious baked treats is always a win! My favorite part is getting crafty with the packaging and adding my own personal touch.

I wear many hats being a mom, wife, volunteer, taxi driver... the list keeps building. Needless to say, I’m a busy bee. However, fitting gift-giving into my hectic lifestyle is a cinch when my first stop is the bakery department at my grocery store. During my routine trip to the market, it’s so easy to just swing by and pick up some sweet treats for my next gifting project – and, let’s be honest, I usually pick up some of my favorite cookies to have on hand at home for the fam also.

The best thing about gifting from the bakery department is that since I don’t have to spend time prepping, baking and cleaning up, I can really focus on getting creative with my gift packaging. One of my favorite things to give is cookies, but you can certainly swap out the cookies in my latest project for another treat from the bakery department – from brownies to donut holes and beyond.

Take a look at my quick step-by-step video below to learn how you can create the perfect gift of deliciousness. Super simple, yummy and from the heart!
