Recipe Box: No-Bake Peanut Butter-Oatmeal-Chocolate Chip Bites

🎒 The Perfect Snack for After School

As a mom, I'm always on the hunt for healthy treats. My kids love to snack on treats, of course, but I prefer for them to have something a little healthier when possible.

This treat covers that for me!

Plus, they are quick; I made a batch of 20 balls in about 10 minutes. I am looking forward to including these treats in the kids' lunchboxes this year.

No-Bake Peanut Butter, Oatmeal, and Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

  • 1½ cups oats
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix until well-combined. Roll mixture into 1- to 2-inch sized balls and place on a plate or baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm them up. Watch them disappear!

Store these in a sealed container in the refrigerator — if you have any left!
