The Foundation for Douglas County Schools Provides Community Support for Students and Teachers

I can't think of a better way to support local schools than with a fun family outing! 

The Foundation for Douglas County Schools helps to provide community events that families can attend at a discounted price, and a portion of the ticket price is donated back to Douglas County schools.

Find your western spirit! The National Western Stock Show, established in 1906, is the nation's premier livestock, rodeo, and horse show, serving agricultural producers and consumers throughout the world. Douglas County families can save up to $2 per ticket and pay no service fees, a savings of $8.75 per ticket. Family four-packs with four hot dogs, chips, and sodas are available for select shows.


The Denver Nuggets and the Foundation for Douglas County Schools invite all students, family members, employees, and volunteers to enjoy an exciting game at Ball Arena. Tickets start at $11. A portion of every ticket sold will benefit DC Schools.

Head to Ball Arena for a night full of family fun, high-flying action on the turf, and a good cause. Discounted tickets start at just $29, and a portion of each ticket will go back to the Foundation for Douglas County Schools!


The Foundation for Douglas County Schools has partnered with DCPA to provide group rate ticket prices to Douglas County families for several upcoming Broadway shows, with a portion of the ticket price benefiting Douglas County students, teachers, and schools!

The romantic and adventure-filled new musical, Anastasia, will transport you from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s as a brave young woman sets out on a journey to discover the mystery of her past. All tickets will be Price Level 3 ($55).

Cameron Mackintosh presents the acclaimed production of Boublil and Schönberg’s Tony Award-winning musical phenomenon. Set against the backdrop of 19th-century France, Les Misérables tells an enthralling story of broken dreams, unrequited love, passion, sacrifice, and redemption — a timeless testament to the survival of the human spirit. All tickets will be Price Level 3 ($60).

The timeless story of Aladdin is a thrilling new production filled with unforgettable beauty, magic, comedy, and breathtaking spectacle. It’s an extraordinary theatrical event where one lamp and three wishes make the possibilities infinite. All tickets will be Price Level 3 ($65).
