Craft Corner: DIY Baseball Bulletin Board

⚾ Cool Craft for Baseball Fans!

By Jamie Clark, Baseball Mom Extraordinaire April 9, 2024

When I share a craft (or recipe) with you that I made myself, you know it falls into several categories: it is easy, inexpensive, uses simple materials, and can be done without much mess.

I'm a baseball mom so when I saw this adorable (my word, not my son's) bulletin board idea I knew it would perfect for my son's room.

What You Need:

  • Corkboard
  • Fake grass
  • White paint pen
  • Heavy-duty glue (I used a spray adhesive)
  • Scissors

What You Do:

  1. Trim the grass to fit the bulletin board
  2. Cut out the infield
  3. Glue the fake grass to the bulletin board
  4. Use the white paint pen to draw the baselines, bases, and batter's box

This was surprisingly easy and quick with the whole project taking about 30 minutes to make. Now I've got the perfect place for my baseball-loving kids to pin their ever-growing pile of "stuff"
