COVID-19 poses unique challenges to school reopening. With many families opting for the hybrid model or full-time distance learning, parents are juggling work schedules while helping their kids stay focused during the virtual sessions. Engineering for Kids Denver (EFK) is stepping up to help families with 2 unique programs:
- Remote Learning Session - Safe environment for students (ages 6-12) to complete their virtual sessions under the supervision of an EFK staff member.
- Session I: August 31 to October 11, 2020
- Session II: October 26 to December 13, 2020
- Morning session is 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
- Afternoon session is 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM
- 6-week pricing for one session per week: $179
- STEM Enrichment Session - Daily STEM enrichment class that covers a variety of topics broken down by age group (Juniors: Ages 6-8, Apprentice: Ages 9-12). Topics include robotics, coding, engineering, and more!
- Session I: August 31 to October 11, 2020
- Session II: October 26 to December 13, 2020
- Morning session is 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
- Afternoon session is 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM
- 6-week pricing for one session per week: $289
Both the programs will be offered in small groups with a maximum of 6 kids each. Parents have the flexibility to pick any day of the week, AM or PM session or both!
