You are CHANGING LIVES when you register for this event. The ShamROCK Stampede aims to increase awareness and raise funds for organizations that help our veterans, first-responders, and others break free from PTSD and mental illness. Proceeds benefit the Johnson Depression Center CU Anschutz Medical Campus and Colorado Fallen Heroes.

Run or walk the ShamROCK-style course spread over East Plum Creek Trail. Choose the Lucky 7K or the Leisurely 3.3K route.
Each registrant will receive blingy finisher medals and the softest tri-blend t-shirts you'll find from any race. All kids running the free 1K must sign-up online to receive a commemorative RUN to Change Lives necklace charm!
Enjoy music from bands all morning long to get your pre-race pump and to help you celebrate post-race. There will also be music on the course.
Stick around after the run! Registered runners will enjoy a complimentary plate of piping hot Flippin' Flapjacks. Plus, 105 West Brewing Company will be onsite to pour one free beer per participant over 21. Additional beer purchases are available for $5 each. You must have your ID.
