If your kids have ever watched the popular summer TV show and wanted to try out all those fun obstacles, here is their chance!
Ninja Intensity is an obstacle training gym in Castle Rock, specializing in creating fun and challenging courses for both children and adults. We offer exciting birthday parties, weekly Ninja and Parkour classes, and summer camps for ages 8-12.
The gym is nearly 10,000 square feet of obstacles and equipment for your kids to run, jump, climb, and play on! Ninjas of any size and ability can attempt to conquer one of our three warped walls — 20 feet, 14.5 feet, and 10 feet high.
Ninja Camp
In our Ninja Camp, campers will run timed courses, play games, and get specialized training to conquer obstacles like the Devil Steps, Spider Wall, Warped Wall, and Quintuple Steps.

With the extensive knowledge of our coaches and an efficient class structure, we promise the best Ninja Warrior and Parkour learning environment any gym has to offer.
As seen on the TV show American Ninja Warrior, students are introduced to all the staple obstacles such as the Warped Wall, Jumping Spider, Salmon Ladder, and many more! Students learn how to complete each obstacle using different techniques, and at the end of the class, they can run through a mock-up course of all the obstacles learned.
