CLASSES FOR ADULTS

Sweat out your worries and stress with Morning Mat. Boost your confidence and have fun with Adult Hip Hop. Or bring on the Broadway fun while improving your dancing skills with Adult Musical Theater Jazz.
Morning Mat (Adults)
August 15-September 19
Mondays 9:30 AM–10:25 AM
Time to sweat! This class will use bodyweight workouts to strengthen and tone the body while sweating out your worries and stress! Half of each class will focus on strength and endurance, while the other half will focus on deep stretching to improve flexibility. A perfect combination!
NOTE: Morning Mat takes place at the same time as Broadway Babies, a program for Pre-K–K.
Adult Hip Hop (Adults)
August 16-September 27
Tuesdays from 7:30 PM–8:25 PM
There's no better way to bring a smile to your face at the end of a long day than dancing! It's a fact! Learn the building blocks of Hip Hop dancing and enjoy putting together basic steps into fun and easy combinations that will leave your heart racing and your confidence soaring! This class is a space for individuality, great music, and plenty of fun!
Adult Musical Theatre Jazz (Adults)
October 4-November 8
Tuesdays from 7:30 PM–8:25 PM
This class will strengthen your basic musical theatre dancing skills while you enjoy listening to all your favorite songs! Brush up on your dance vocabulary, stay limber, and enjoy learning new beginner dances to your favorite Broadway hits.
There is nothing better than putting your dance technique into your storytelling, and this class has it all! Learn dances in various musical theatre styles ranging from the Golden Age to the present day — The King and I to Hamilton. You'll be ready for Broadway in no time!

PAA is committed to helping your child build character, creativity, and excellence. We offer these 6-week classes, Broadway Babies and Story Time Ballet, to give your child fun ways to keep developing their skills and confidence!
Broadway Babies (PreK–K)

Mondays 9:30 AM–10:25 AM
This class introduces young students to acting through games, stories-on-stage, creative movement, and song. Bring your dancing shoes and imagination as you learn the fundamentals of theatre in this exciting new class.
NOTE: Broadway Babies takes place at the same time as Morning Mat, a program for adults.
Storytime Ballet (PreK-K)
August 15-September 19
Thursdays 9:30 AM–10:25 AM
Fairy Wings! Wizard Wands! Crowns! Magic! This class has it all! Dancers will not only learn some fun ballet basics but they will also enter the exciting world of storytelling.
This class brings the world of "pretend" to a new magical level with stories we know and love, dancing, and so much more! Young performers will hear classic fairytale stories and then — with the swish of a wand! — become those characters themselves!
