Easy Corn Casserole
- 8 oz. boxed corn muffin mix
- 15 oz. can cream corn (not drained)
- 15 oz. can whole kernel corn (drained)
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- Optional: ½-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
3. Pour into a greased 8x8-inch pan and bake, uncovered, for 45-55 minutes. The top should be browned a little.
