Friday, October 18th: 🎃 Haunted Forest (Ages 10+)

  • Location: Rocky Heights Middle School Trailhead | Highlands Ranch 
  • The gates of the Backcountry Wilderness Area Haunted Forest crack open and reveal sinister scenes for two nights this month on October 18 and 19. Discover what’s lurking behind every tree and bush in this three-quarter-mile creep through the woods.

Saturday, October 19th: 🎃 Trick-or-Treat at Parker Landing (Ages 2 -8)

  • Location: Parker Landing Child Development Center | Parker
  • Join us for a spooktacular evening at our school's Trunk or Treat event! This family-friendly event is a perfect way for kids to collect treats in a secure environment while showing off their creative costumes.
  • FREE | Registration required

Saturday, October 19th: 🎃 Trunk or Treat Off Mainstreet (All Ages)

  • Location: O'Brien Park | Parker
  • Get your kids all dressed up & come Trick or Treat safely off of Mainstreet with candy, goodies & Halloween fun including music, entertainment & more.
  • FREE - Registration Required | Prices vary by vendor 

Saturday, October 19th: 🐴 Pony Rides (Ages 3-10)

  • Location: Backcountry Wilderness Area | Highlands Ranch
  • Hand-led pony rides are available for the young horse enthusiast with Backcountry's ponies, Cabo and Ziggi! Walk along with your child as they enjoy the ride.
  • HRCA Member: $8 | Program Guest: $12

Sunday, October 20th: 🎃 Haunted Horses- Fall Family Festival (All Ages)

  • Location: Affinity Ranch | Parker
  • Join Affinity Ranch for a day of haunted fun! We will have games, animal meet & greets, and a trick or treat trail.
  • FREE - $20
