Theme:

Size & Weight Limitations:

  • Maximum size for a piece is 60 inches on any side
  • Minimum size for a piece is 10 inches

Framing & Presentation:

  • All artwork must be ready to hang. We require secure, wired pieces with secure D-rings.

Sales:

  • Work does not have to be for sale
  • If your work is for sale, you must handle the transaction through your own website or contact method and you must provide that info with your submission
  • Tri Arts Project will not take a commission on sales; artists retain 100% of the proceeds. However, we recommend a 10% donation to Tri Arts Project for any sold work to support future exhibitions. This is entirely optional and is tax deductible.

The exhibition runs from January 7 – March 30. All selected works must remain on display for the entire duration of the exhibition.

ABOUT TRI ARTS PROJECT

Tri Arts Project (TAP) was founded in 2022 to answer a rallying cry from the community: Castle Rock lacked and wanted a unifying center for the arts. For the next two years, we worked with our community, local government, businesses, and other art-focused nonprofits to make our mission a reality– to provide a space for the education, creation, and presentation of the arts. We struck a deal with the Town of Castle Rock to open our doors at the historic Cantril School Building in September 2024–a home for artists, educators, students, and community members to gather together to make, teach, present, and appreciate all forms of art.
