Did you know that the Lunar New Year Day is an official state holiday in Colorado? Although the Year of the Snake officially kicks off on January 29th, Colorado designates the first Friday every February as its Lunar New Year holiday. 

Celebrate the Year of the Snake in the Denver Metro this year! There are lots of options to choose from, starting this week!

Colorado marks its inaugural observed Lunar New Year in 2024, ushering in the Year of the Dragon.
