Bella Boutique is an official 501(c)3 non-profit providing area teens with FREE gowns, shoes, accessories and more for their formal high school dances. Bella Boutique is a boutique space designed to replicate a commercial retail formalwear shop so teens are able to shop in a beautiful space.
