At Ninja Intensity, everyone can test themselves against replica obstacles, as seen on the TV show American Ninja Warrior.
We specialize in creating fun and exciting courses that challenge children to stay fit and focused. Our staff ensures that you will always be challenged with every visit and never leave without having a blast!
We offer classes, birthday parties, open gym, school break camps, and more!
CLASSES |
Students will be introduced to all the staple obstacles of American Ninja Warrior, such as the Warped Wall, Jumping Spider, Salmon Ladder, and many more!
Students will learn how to complete each obstacle using different techniques, and at the end of the class, they will get to run through a mock-up course of all the obstacles learned that day.
Ninja Warrior Classes:
- Pee Wee Ninjas (4-5)
- Mini Ninjas (6-7)
- Ninja Movement (5-7)
- NinjaKour (8-12)
- Beginner Youth Ninja (8-12) OR Teen (13-17) OR Adult Beginner
- Intermediate Ninjas (Test Required)
Parkour Classes:
- Beginner Parkour (8-12)
- Intermediate Parkour (Test Required)
Pint Size Ninjas:
Developed by our very own Ninja Coach and Mom, Elizabeth Moxley, AKA Moxie Ninja, this class focuses on basic ninja and parkour skills for 2- and 3-year-olds.
