Challenger Park is a 64-acre ADA-accessible park with paved walkways surrounding the playground and winding throughout the park.
There's so much more to this park than one may think.
It may be thought of in two sections:
- The western area is a favorite for movies in the park, get-togethers/parties, etc. The play options are limitless, with three large pavilions, a fun playground, a basketball court, and a large grassy area/field. There are two portable toilets.
- The eastern area holds a group of three ball fields, a concessions stand with indoor toilets, and a small playground.
