Located on the eastern edge of Castle Rock close to Hidden Mesa Open Space, the new 12-acre-park is filled with enough fun to keep your kids busy for an entire afternoon — or longer! The park is part of a 168-acre development project that will serve as a regional destination.
The main playground (best for ages 5-12) is made up of rope ladders, rope bridges, tightropes, and more. There is a long covered slide that winds around and brings you back to the bottom if you can manage to climb all the way to the top.
The playset for the younger children (perfect for ages 2-5) has rock climbing walls, slides, and many other fun things to hang, crawl, and climb on. The sunshades over the playset give a bit of extra protection from the hot sun.
Past the younger playset is a pump track with ramps, which are a ton of fun for bikes as well as scooters and skateboards. You'll also find a basketball court, a four-square court, and six pickleball courts.
