The official stable of Cherry Creek State Park!
Experienced stable owners, Gary and Michelle, are thrilled to welcome your horse enthusiasts to 12 Mile Stables at Cherry Creek State Park.
Your camper will be assigned their own horse for the week. They will learn how to groom, saddle, and care for their horse, and have tons of fun learning in the Arena and on Trail Rides!
Our week-long day camps include Grooming, Anatomy, Arena Lessons, Horse Care, Trail Rides, Tack, and Horsemanship Classes.
On the last day of camp, we host a rodeo so the parents of all the buckaroos can come and see everything their kiddos have learned all week at camp!
Camp Sessions
- Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
- Weekly sessions from May 18 through August 17
Pricing
- $695 per week
Non-refundable deposit due at registration, with the remaining amount due on the first day of camp
