Description
The blues are the foundation of jazz — not just the 12 bar blues, but the feeling and the sound of the blues. The CJRO will perform Count Basie’s “Blues in Hoss’ Flat” and “Every Day I Have the Blues,” along with Stan Kenton’s “A Little Minor Booze.” CJRO vocalist Heidi Schmidt will sing “Blues in The Night” and many other favorites. The CJRO may have the blues, but the audience will be up and dancing!
