Buck antlers’ are in full growth mode. Hike up to a breathtaking vista to experience the rising moon (8:37 PM) and multiple fireworks displays. Sunset is at 8:20 PM, so you’ll be descending in twilight and by the light of the full moon. Flashlights may be welcome due to the degree of darkness.
Each summer, RidgeGate teams up with the South Suburban Parks and Recreation District to provide free guided nature hikes led by professional naturalists throughout RidgeGate’s expansive bluffs trail system.
