Billie Holiday was famous for many jazz tunes, such as “Summertime,” and “God Bless the Child.” The CJRO Sextet featuring Heidi Schmidt will perform many of these hits, along with tunes associated with her favorite sideman, tenor saxophonist Lester Young. It’s going to be swingin’ evening!
