Description
Being a child can be challenging. The Happiness Flip workshop is a fun, interactive positive-mindset workshop incorporating power poses, positive affirmations, and simple movement. This workshop teaches children how to combat negative thoughts and stress, setting them up for success! A Happiness Flip journal is included to help create positive mindset habits at home.
Marrielle Monte, author of the award-winning children's book, Magic Thinking for Kids, will facilitate the workshop.
Four dates available:
- Sunday, May 22 from 4:30-5:30 PM
- Wednesday, June 15 from 6:30-7:30 PM
- Sunday, July 10 from 4:30-5:30 PM
- Sunday, August 21 from 4:30-5:30 PM
