Description
Want some practice before visiting one of our local fishing ponds? In cooperation with local experts, young anglers will learn to bait, cast, tie knots, and unhook. Participants will receive a free rod to take home.
Please note: This class will be held on the artificial turf field of Halftime Help Stadium (formerly Shea Stadium) to allow room for practicing casting. It is an excellent introduction before the Free Kids' Fishing Day at Fly'n B Pond.
