Description

Have you ever heard of the famous Colorado Albino Jackalope?

These mythical creatures are one of the many wonders to be discussed in “Color-Oddities: Strangest Things about the Highest State,” by Tom Noel, AKA “Dr. Colorado,” History Professor Emeritus at CU Denver.

Noel will explore all things odd about Colorado, from dinosaurs to DIA, with particular attention to Native Americans, explorers, gold rushes, railroads, saloons, cemeteries, and the most bizarre and interesting people that make up our historical past. It will be a fun night of colorful and “color-odd” stories about our state.

Noel will be selling and signing some of his books before and after the presentation. A cash bar will also be available with beer, wine, and a signature cocktail.
