Description
The coyote/human connection endures in part due to our shared ability to adapt well. Learn what to do when a coyote howls nearby or seems a little too friendly. Walk at dusk and hear coyote stories before the almost-full moon rises at 7:41 PM.
RidgeGate teams up with the South Suburban Parks and Recreation District each summer to provide free guided nature hikes throughout RidgeGate’s expansive bluffs trail system.
These hikes are led by professional naturalists and offer insight and education into the natural ecosystems within the open space at RidgeGate while offering a chance to get some fresh air and exercise.
