Description
This ranger-guided program explores different contemplation, meditation, and mindfulness techniques from Eastern and Western traditions, with different practices introduced each week.
All age groups and experience levels are welcome.
- Meet at the Juniper Rock parking on Sundays at roughly 10:00 AM unless directed otherwise.
- Programs run between 30-45 minutes unless directed otherwise.
- Walking programs follow the Canyon View Nature Trail. This trail is an all-accessibility paved sidewalk. Handicap parking is available in the Juniper Rock lot.
- Tree cover is minimal. Bring sunscreen, a hat, water, and whatever else you need to be comfortable!
