Comedy Works South is hosting a comedy night benefitting DAWG Nation Hockey Foundation.
This year’s line-up includes some of Denver’s favorite comics: Georgia Comstock, Mike Hammock, and Steve Gillespie headlining.
Since DAWG Nation’s inception in 2011, they have given back nearly $4 million to recipients in their times of need. More importantly, DAWG Nation not only provides financial support but also surrounds its recipients with love and support, reminding folks that they are not alone as they face adversity.
Now entering its 12th year, DAWG Nation is designing and building a three-sheet ice complex designed to be fully inclusive of disabled and able-bodied athletes alike. The profits from this rink will be instrumental in DAWG Nation’s ability to Give Back to even more recipients, grow the sport of Sled Hockey and Blind Hockey through a world-class arena, increase accessibility, and serve local needs.
