Description

The LTSO kicks off its 2023-24 Season with an autumn music festival in the German Oktoberfest tradition. Works will include Strauss’s “Blue Danube Waltz,” Mendelssohn’s “Beautiful Melusine” Overture, and a festive amount of polkas and waltzes for all to enjoy. 

A highlight will be the Prelude to Wagner’s sumptuous and groundbreaking opera Tristan und Isolde.

The Lone Tree Symphony Orchestra (LTSO) was founded in September 2000 with the mission of being a first-class community orchestra, enabling musicians to perform orchestral music in the city of Lone Tree and South Metro Denver at a high standard, thus enriching the lives of the community and members through music.
