Description
This 30-minute class is a guided and interactive yoga session using beginner-friendly yoga poses that can be mimicked by or done with participating toddlers. The class will focus on developmentally appropriate poses and activities that promote toddler-caretaker.
The play space will be available to all kiddos during the class (wandering away from the mats to play is welcome) and will be open for private play after class too!
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get situated. Yoga mats will be available.
