It’s an adventure made especially for those with a thirst for geology and fossils, but you needn’t be a paleontologist to sign up.
Rating: Moderate – This hike is short but rugged. Approximately 2.5 hours.
Recommendations: Wear long pants and good hiking shoes or boots (sandals or shoes that do not cover your feet are not permitted). Consume a minimum of 1 liter of water for every two hours of hiking and a snack for any hike over two hours. Most hikes are in open meadows and exposed slopes; all participants should wear sunscreen and consider a hat.
