It’s time again for sunset salutations. Join RidgeGate and South Suburban Parks and Recreation for a free community yoga class on the last Tuesday of each month from May through August.
Instructor Gwen Jackman will bring your energy back to center with a restorative, relaxing yoga practice appropriate for all levels, from newbies to experienced yogis. Breathe deeply….ahhhhh.
No yoga experience is necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat. The class will be canceled in case of heavy rain or lightning.
Kids age 10+ are welcome at all classes with an adult; 16+ is okay without an adult attending.
