Yoga in the Park returns for its 16th year and the Metro District is excited to partner again with HRCA Fitness. This popular program draws a crowd to Civic Green Park each summer for free sessions full of poses for every skill level.
Classes are geared toward the beginner yogi, but modifications will be offered to make each exercise more intense.
Participants should arrive a few minutes early to complete a waiver form. Ages 12-17 are welcome with a participating parent or guardian. Please bring a yoga mat, sunscreen, and a water bottle.
Classes are Saturdays in June, July, and August; no classes will be held on June 8, July 6, or July 27.
