Description
Invest in your well-being this summer by attending one or two sessions from DCL's Restorative Series. Yoga practitioner and trained vocalist Ellie Ferguson will guide participants through a 90-minute sound bath consisting of crystal singing bowls, vocals, and other sound healing tools. Jake Randall will support the bath on acoustic guitar.
The bath will bring participants into a state of entrainment. Entrainment means to come into vibratory resonance with. Those attending are entrained to the sounds being made during the bath, and that entrainment can naturally result in healing. Bring pillows, blankets, and yoga mats to make yourself a cozy nest to receive the benefits of sound, relax, and enjoy!
